The prismatic material we use refracts sunlight into a kaleidoscope of changing colors which birds’ eyes are quite sensitive to. As birds fly near Window Gems, the shifting colors warn them away
Window Gems also physically break up reflections on the surface of the glass. The textured lines embossed into the vinyl create a pattern that is very different from the smooth window, alerting the bird in time to veer away.
