We are nice people and want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is anything you are not delighted with, please let us know and we will fix it or exchange it. We accept returns for 30 days after your purchase as long as the Window Gems are in new condition.
Privacy
We will never share any of your information with any other entity. Ever.
Shipping
We ship everything via USPS with tracking. Please use US mail compatible addresses. Orders usually are shipped within a day or two of placement. We send them out as quickly as we can.
Cancellations
If you changed your mind or placed an order accidentally, let us know as soon as possible so we can cancel your order. We often ship within a day, so the cancellation window is rather short. If you miss it we can do a return/refund, but that takes longer.
Exchanges
We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something, send us an email at info@windowgems.com describing the problem (photos always help)… and we will send a replacement.
Shipping returns
To return your product, contact us at info@windowgems.com and we will send you a return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Wholesale order shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It might take several days to show up on your bank records.
