The decals stick to the window purely with static cling, not adhesives, so they are movable, reusable and never fade.

Instructions:
Apply Window Gems to OUTSIDE of windows for maximum bird protection.
After washing window well, apply gems smooth side toward the glass.
You can feel the textured side with your fingernails. This should face AWAY from the window.
A mist of water or swipe with a damp cloth on the glass will help them stick better.
If applying in cold weather, dip Gem in HOT water and apply immediately to window. Wipe away excess water with a cloth.
Gems can be rinsed if they get dirty and reused as many times as you like.
They will not leave any residue on your windows.

I ordered three packs of the dots in February 2022. They have done an amazing job of preventing bird strikes on the three sets of windows we have across the back of our house that face the woods. We just had our windows washed and unlike another brand, Window Gems can be reused. I emailed the Window Gem Studio to ask how I could wash them (warm water with or without dish detergent—rinse well if you use soap). I washed them in warm water and dried them and they are back up! I am ordering two sets of the leaves to replace a non-window gem set when our windows are washed again next year. Great product! Responsive small business!

This is my second package of window gems. They cling well to both the inside and outside of the window, don’t interfere with the sliding patio door, and make gorgeous rainbows all over my house! They are also helping to reduce the frequency of bird crashes.
