Feel like upping your Halloween game? Now we have a cauldron of Bat Window Gems™ (yes a group of bats is called a cauldron)
that will swoop across your windows bringing joy to all who see them. These are not cute bats, nor are they scary bats.. they look quite realistic, because they have been adapted from actual photos of flying bats.
In addition, if you place them on the outside of the windows, they break up reflections on the glass and warn birds away in time to avoid window strikes. Because they are black and not rainbow-y like our prismatic materials, we think these definitely need to be on the outside of the glass in order for birds to see them. If you just want cool bat clings and it isn’t about the birds, by all means put them on the inside of the window.
What is in the package? 10 matte black opaque (that means light does not come through these) static cling bats. They range in size from 3″ to 8″ across. They are sized so that some look like they are far away and others look like they are getting quite close. The clings stick to your windows with just static so you can move them around as many times as you like and use them year after year… or just leave them up because they are amazing.
Instructions:
Apply Window Gems to OUTSIDE of windows for best results in preventing bird strikes.
If you can’t reach the outside or just want rainbows put them on the inside!
After washing window well, apply gems smooth side toward the glass.
A little mist of water or wiping the glass with a damp cloth first helps them stick.
If applying in cold weather, dip Gems in a bowl of HOT water first. Apply immediately and wipe away excess water with a soft cloth.
Gems can be rinsed if they get dirty and reused as many times as you like.
They will not leave any residue on your windows.

These window clings are exactly what I was hoping they’d be! Most window clings these days are either non-reusable stickers or thick gel, and these ones are just good old fashion clings I’ll be able to reuse year after year! Super happy with this purchase, they look awesome in my windows.
